Back Pain

SI Joint Pain
When the SI joints are sprained, the pain can present as sharpness along the dimples near the bottom of your spine, one on each side. This can also be accompanied by a band of tightness and dull ache across the lower back.
Sciatica
Sciatica is characterized by pain felt along the sciatic nerve, formed from nerve roots originating from the spinal cord. Do note that sciatica isn’t a diagnosis, rather it’s a description of symptoms.
Neck Pain
Neck pain can be caused by either an acute injury or a chronic condition, and can also be accompanied by a cervical headache (or cervicogenic headache). This can cause symptoms such as dizziness, light-headedness, and even nausea.

Shoulder Bursitis
Bursitis of the shoulder occurs when one of the bursae sacs in your shoulder becomes inflamed. A bursa sac is a capsule filled with synovial fluid which acts as a cushion between the bones in the shoulder.
Elbow Pain
The most common types of elbow pain are known as ‘tennis elbow’ and ‘golfer’s elbow’. Despite their names, these injuries can occur from repetitive work tasks in a variety of occupations.
