As our bodies age, it is no surprise that we will feel many different aches here and there, and although this is fairly common and even perceived as part of aging, it is still important to learn how to manage and treat any pain or discomfort as effectively and safely as possible. Osteoarthritis is a condition common among older people and in order to get the right treatment and the best management strategies, it would be highly beneficial to understand the facts better and debunk any myths associated with it.
