Cornhole is an outdoor game enjoyed both for social events and for professional competitions. It is most popular in North America but has since been a classic outdoor game played all over the world. It is played by throwing a beanbag through a hole of a sloped platform. Although the mechanics of the game sound very simple, the game has long progressed into a competitive sporting event with national and international championships being organized worldwide.
Even if cornhole is a non-contact activity, one must still be in top shape when playing to avoid possible injuries like a pulled shoulder muscle. Most importantly, you need to strengthen your shoulders and arm for full mobility and develop your hand-eye coordination to become a good cornhole player.
