Get Kids Active with the 2022 Melville Rec XMAS Holiday Hoops Basketball Camp at Melville
Holiday season is coming up and with kids getting time off school, it’s the best opportunity to get them active through basketball. This December, from the 20th until the 22nd, Reffing Hoops will be hosting a Christmas Holiday Hoops Basketball Camp!
This year’s XMAS Holiday Hoops Basketball Camp will be a 3-day camp for kids ages 6 to 16 years old and up. The camp will be held at the LeisureFit Melville Recreation Centre and camp schedule will be grouped according to age. Little Kids (6 to 10 years old) will be having their class from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN while Big Kids (10 to 16 years old) will have theirs from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.
On top of teaching the fundamentals of basketball, children will also be able to build up their interpersonal skills with 3 on 3 games and various team activities. The event will also have experienced basketball and WWC checked basketball coaches on board to give campers constant supervision and guidance. Most importantly, kids joining the camp will get the chance to win lots of prizes and awards while having fun and making new friends.
The holiday hoops camp is priced at $150.00 for 3 days. Camp package includes morning and afternoon tea.
