Palmyra Rugby Union Club
The Palmyra Rugby Union Club, also known as "Pally," was founded in 1934 and is one of Perth's top rugby teams that competes in the RugbyWA Premier Grade tournament. They are located at Tompkins Park in Alfred Cove.
Their junior teams are made up of age categories ranging from Under 6 to Under 18. In addition to competing in the Premier Grade tournament, the senior teams are fielded into Reserves, Thirds, Colts, Social Grades, and Golden Oldies (those over 35 years old) divisions.
The Palmyra club also provides players the chance to play rugby with athletes who have competed at the NRC and Super Rugby levels, as well as with professional coaches.

Applecross Mount Pleasant Junior Football Club

A family-run club with a long history in the Applecross, Mount Pleasant, and Ardross communities founded in 1952, the Applecross Mount Pleasant Junior Football Club hosts Youth (Years 7–12) football at Shirley Strickland in Ardross, and Auskick and Junior Football in their Club rooms at Gairloch Oval in Applecross. At present, they have over 300 registered players.

Y Striders

Founded in 1997, the Y Striders is the ideal fitness club for people who want to exercise in a friendly non-competitive environment, engage in regular training to maintain fitness, and build endurance to be able to participate in long distance walks and runs.
The club is open to members of all fitness levels from beginners to advanced and welcomes all ages from 18 to over 80 years old, however at present, the majority of the club members are aged 40 and above.
The club’s main activities include walking, running, and jogging. They offer seven sessions to choose from and members are encouraged to attend at least 3 sessions weekly. They also have Interval Training especially aimed towards runners and Strength Training for a whole body workout as optional alternatives depending on your needs.
